The Word B

i went for a run today after work. i can't remember when the last time i went for a after work. i came home. took off my work boots, and put on my running shoes. cherry was heading out the door for her run when i arrived home from work. so it was her that inspired me to do the run/jog. we ran to the beach. we ran home. on the way hme we had a 100 meter race on the grass where there must have been a track meet earlier in the week as the course was all chalked out. we both sprinted. i think i hurt myself. i am home and definitely sore. i will do it again. i just need to allow my body to recover first. regardless, i feel good.
