one blogger to another
my response to the the question of- does anyone ever gets really tired of being argumentative? (in regards to politics and news reporters in the US)
i can see your point. but if the politicos stop being argumentative then we are all truly fucked. some sneaky bastard will just have their way with everything and that will be that. the disagreement and discussion is good. however, the can of whoop ass has been done. consider the sumner vs. brooks incident on the floor of the US senate. it helped to spark the civil war. are these people sick of the negative complaining all the time? probably. how do they deal with it? lots of illicit drugs and/or alcohol. you mentioned teddy kennedy, that shit caused him to flip a car and kill a woman, but didn't seem to phase him too much. other wonderful leaders of american politics- marion barry, enough said. clinton never inhaled (yeah right) but monica probably inhaled some of what didn't land on the blue dress. and bush jr. put enough blow up his own nose to supply a small nation for a year, and that was before he was governor of texas. can't imagine what he does now that he's president. however, that silly its-not-my-thing attitude runs in the family. look at the bush girls.
