is still february
laid up on my back
lying down with an icepack
did it in the strangest way
did it two days ago, day before yesterday
happened when i was out at my favorite surf spot
walking the nose, i heard it go pop!
my back, it seized, it spasmed, it pinched, it stopped
now i don't move from tip-toe to top

Tonight I was feeling sad, because the illness of my uncle...she has a terminal cancer..and i know she is feeling a lot of pain....and i'm just don´t know how to act...or what to say...
I just want to write it...thanks....
