not a leap year
so close. you thought i would never write.
well, i do. and i did. fuck i wrote a whopper about 4 days ago and the blogger disconnected me. so i had the shits and showed it, by not writing.
it is nearly dinner time. it is raining in sydney australia at the moment. too bad most of the water hits the streets and goes straight to the ocean where it is needed most. here in australia it is an election year, and the bullshit propoganda and political promises that come spewing from the political hopefuls mouths is downright pathetic. it is all lip service. the only people that don't believe that it is, are the people spouting the lies. lately, they are crapping on about water savings, drought, and the environment. all good platforms, but in 6 months time, this drought stricken country will be left high and dry, once the electees are firmly in office and the dollar signs of big business are waving under their noses.
i find it completely ironic and a pathetic joke- black fellas (aboriginals) were care takers of this land- australia for more than 40,000 years. yes, a long time. then you have white trash europeans here for just over 200 years and they have totally fucked it up!

beddy bye bye
i just put my daughter to bed. now it is my bed time. it is difficult for me to even imagine my life without such a wonderful little girl in it. i am so blessed and so in love with my little girl. wow, how life changes when you have a child...
once again, my writing must suffer due to lack of time and energy. but i am still present in my day to day life. the computer just seems to take a major back seat to the rest of lifes events.
today, i was up at 5:30 a.m. entertaining scout, then it was breakfast, then work, then home to work in the yards, then dinner, then dishes, then shower, then putting the girl down, then computer (barely), then spend a few minutes with my wife, then bed for me. good thing it is a friday. and to think, i used to be only considering going out around this time of the evening.
live i said, my life has changed.
off to the beach tomorrow for a morning swim and then home to mow the lawn. what a weekend!

the new blogger
we be blogging now.
now that i have switched to the "new" blogger. what ever the hell that means. i know i have been remiss lately, but i am very skeptical of everything at the moment. i am sure i will once again be numbed back into submission.
